Rahul Fernandes

Construction Manager

Rahul holds a B.Tech in Civil Engineering from NMIMS University and a Master’s in Construction Management from NYU. With 8+ years of experience, he has led diverse construction projects in India and the U.S. Notably, as Project Manager at Amazon Web Services (AWS), he oversaw $200M data center infrastructure upgrades in Virginia, managing high-security retrofits across structural, MEP, and fire systems within live environments.

Rahul collaborated with cross-functional teams to implement AWS’s rigorous performance and sustainability standards. He now leads on-site execution across multiple projects, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery.

Harsimran Panesar

Co-ordination Manager (Senior Architect)

Harsimran holds a B.Arch from Mumbai University and brings over 7+ years of experience in architectural design, statutory liasoning, and on-site execution. She began her career at a design consultancy and later worked alongside PMC firms, including CBRE, coordinating directly with consultants, vendors, and contractors. Her expertise includes design detailing, material selection, and resolving execution-level challenges in real time.

Notably, she managed the full lifecycle of a ₹100 Cr factory/commercial project for a German client—from concept to handover—while stationed on site, finalizing all technical details and acting as the primary point of contact for consultants and the client. Harsimran ensures seamless integration between design intent and site realities across multiple projects.

Arjun Bora

Deputy General Manager (MEP)

Arjun holds a B.E. in Electrical Engineering and brings over 22+ years of expertise in MEP design and execution. His experience spans planning, coordination, and implementation of complex Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems across high-performance buildings. Over the years, he has worked on major infrastructure projects including the domestic airport, large-scale commercial developments, and hospital facilities—where precision, compliance, and service integration are critical.

Currently leading on-site MEP execution across multiple projects, he ensures design alignment, technical compliance, and real-time problem solving, while maintaining system performance, safety, and efficiency.

Gaurav Kachhara

Chief Operating Officer

Gaurav holds a Commerce degree from Mumbai University and an MBA from NMIMS, with over 15+ years of leadership experience in construction operations and project delivery. He has played a key role in managing large-scale commercial high-rise developments, each exceeding ₹100 Cr in value, and has independently delivered a ₹10 Cr building under his own consultancy from land acquisition to final handover.

Across his career, Gaurav has overseen projects totaling over ₹500 Cr, gaining deep expertise in end-to-end project management, vendor coordination, budgeting, and execution strategy. As COO, he currently manages 3–4 active sites, ensuring operational efficiency, quality control, and alignment across teams, timelines, and client expectations.

Smiti Jain

With a strong background in managing clients at Ernst & Young, including Vodafone Idea and The Times group. As a chartered accountant, she brings expertise in financial intricacies and attention to detail. Her remarkable achievements at a young age reflect her dedication, resilience, and entrepreneurial spirit.

Naitik Jain

Director

He is a Chartered Accountant and an All India Rank holder in the CA Final examination. His professional journey began with articleship at Deloitte, where he worked in Statutory Audit, gaining hands-on experience across listed companies in the manufacturing, renewable energy, and IT sectors. He further expanded his expertise at Bhalawat & Co, where he received holistic exposure to Accounting, GST, and Income Tax matters.

With a keen interest in real estate and financial markets, Naitik also pursued a Summer School course at the London School of Economics, specializing in Real Estate Economics and Finance, adding a global perspective to his professional foundation. Presently, Naitik is currently involved with operations and corporate finance, specialising in Accounting, Finance and legal matters.

Vaibhav Hinger

Director

He is a successful Chartered Accountant and Chartered Financial Analyst with premier institutes in India and USA. Vaibhav is the driving force, leveraging extensive knowledge and financial knowledge. He has previously worked in reputed MNC’s like J.P. Morgan, KPMG etc, in roles like Investment Banking and Deal Advisory.

He has successfully closed project financing deals for $720Million, during his tenure at J.P. Morgan. By fostering a culture of collaboration and nurturing high-performing teams, he exemplifies outstanding leadership skills. Currently involved in the construction and execution of the projects such as IT Park, roads and bridges, and other civil structures.

Abhinav Baid

Abhinav is our partner and youngest business leader, who joined Sunrise Group in 2016. With passion and purpose, he looks after site execution, business development, finance, and marketing side of our business.

His global competencies, sharp business acumen, and management expertise have led to tremendous success and alignment in our organisation across project diversification, partnerships, employees, and organisational structure.

B.C.Jain

Mr. B.C. Jain, possesses an exceptional academic background and holds distinguished professional qualifications. He has secured All India Ranks in C.A, CS, and ICWA. He has been a renowned expert in the field of finance, real estate and mining with experience spanning across several decades.

His career started in 1994, leading business ventures with a competent and professional mindset. In 2009 – 2010, he served as one of the youngest chairpersons of the Western India Regional Council (WIRC) of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, leading more than 55,000+ Chartered Accountants and about 2,00,000+ CA Students from the western region. Mr. Jain caught the limelight in 2010 when he was invited as a Member of the Indian Business Delegation by the former Prime Minister of India, Dr. Manmohan Singh, to participate in the 4th IBSA & BRIC Summit held in Brazil.

Adding more to his wisdom, he has extensive knowledge of Global Economics and Business Management. He has been a part of various discussions and analyses on the Indian & Global Economy conducted by organizations such as FICCI, IMC, CNBC, WIRC, and other trade & business companies. He has also been honored with the prestigious appointment as the Honorary Consul of the Republic of Namibia for Western India.
